Orders to mainland UK:
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you correctly enter your e-mail address on the order form. In the event that we have to contact you with any queries regarding your order we will do so by e-mail or telephone.
We dispatch orders Monday-Thursday for them to be delivered within 48 hours [usually 24 hours although we do not offer weekend deliveries] For orders of £100 or more we offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses. Orders of less than £100 will be charged at £6.99
Orders will be dispatched subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you directly if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
A signature is required for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it. There is an option at the checkout to leave additional details regarding delivery information.
If nobody is available to sign for your order then a card will be left for you to arrange a further delivery. If a third delivery is necessary then you may be liable to an additional charge for re-attempted delivery.
Isle of Man & Off-Shore Islands Delivery

Orders for the Isle of Wight:
We offer free delivery for orders over £40 - please select this option at the checkout. We will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to deliver. Same day deliveries are possible if orders are placed before 1pm.
