Refunds & Returns
We hope that you are happy with your goods, however, should you wish to make a return other than in store you will need to notify us by telephone: 01983 298222 or e-mail: email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A refund can only be offered provided your order remains in good condition and that the request to cancel is also received by e-mail or in writing. We are happy to refund purchases made by cash in full, however, where a credit or debit card has been used we will deduct any initial transaction charges we have incurred and the cost of processing a refund. This also applies to any cancelled order once we have incurred charges for payment received. Refunds can take up to 7 working days. If unable to deliver the goods directly to ourselves, we will charge £10 for collections in addition to the original delivery charge if 'Free Delivery' was selected at checkout. If delivery was paid for, we will deduct this from any refund. The goods must be returned securely in the same, undamaged packaging in which they were received. If returned goods are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a fee may also be charged.
Returns made without prior notification are sent at your own risk and we cannot guarantee a refund.
