Wine Therapy

Chilean wines have been a South American favourite for some time, while surprising quality has increased their popularity across the globe. Free from vine pests, a water supply from snow melt high in the Andes and great vine management have produced wines of distinction. Chile have taken the French Carmenere grape and made it their own. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are other varieties which have adapted well at this altitude, creating pure and refreshing wines.
