About Us

Wine Therapy is an independent boutique wine shop situated in the heart of Cowes, Isle of Wight. 'Established through the love of wine' sums up our philosophy; we aim to promote great wines in an atmospheric, friendly and informative environment.

For those who love their wine we allow pre-booked groups of 8 or more buy by the bottle and drink in store or in our lovely secluded courtyard garden - we charge £5 corkage per bottle and can chill specific wines ahead of the time if advised.

For internet orders to the mainland, we dispatch between Monday-Thursday for delivery usually within 48 hours. We do not ship on Fridays nor do we offer weekend deliveries. For orders of £150 or more we offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, excepting Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man. Orders of less than £150 will be charged at £10.

Local deliveries to Cowes, Gurnard and Northwood are free and there is no minimum order. Wider Island deliveries are free on spends of £50 or more and otherwise charged at £7. We are happy to gift wrap wines using our bespoke re-usable wine bags, priced at £2.50, and we also offer to write personal messages on our postcards which can accompany gifts.

Please do get in touch if you have any enquiries or would like some advice. We're happy to tailor flexible wine lists for any occasion. Customers drinking wines in our shop are welcome to bring their own nibbles, all we ask is that you take your packaging and left-overs with you.

Why not book ahead and enjoy a bottle in our delightful and secluded Courtyard 'Wine Garden'. Simply choose any of our wines and pay a £5 corkage charge to enjoy outside. CHRISTMAS 2025 OPENING HOURS & DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Our last date for guaranteed mainland delivery before Christmas is Monday 22nd December. Wider Island deliveries will still be made up to 23rd December and local deliveries placed before 13:00 on the 24th December. We will be open 10:30 - 16:00 on 24th December then closed until Saturday 27th December when we'll be open from 10:30 - 17:30. After that we open on Wednesday 31st December 10:30 - 17:30 and are then closed until Friday 9th January 2026.
