About Us

Wine Therapy is an independent boutique wine shop situated in the heart of Cowes, Isle of Wight. 'Established through the love of wine' sums up our philosophy; we aim to promote great wines in an atmospheric, friendly and informative environment.

For those who love their wine we have an added attraction - in store there are 2 specialist sampling machines which allow our customers the opportunity to try from a selection of up to 16 different wines - please note, we now require group bookings of 8 or more to use the machines, alternatively, we're happy for customers to buy by the bottle and drink in store or in our lovely secluded courtyard garden - we charge £5 corkage per bottle and can chill specific wines ahead of the time if advised.

For internet orders to the mainland, we dispatch between Tuesday-Thursday for delivery within 48 hours [usually 24 hours although we do not offer weekend deliveries]. For orders of £150 or more we offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, excepting Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man. Orders of less than £150 will be charged at £10.

Local deliveries to Cowes, Gurnard and Northwood are free and there is no minimum spend. Wider Island deliveries are free on spends of £50 or more and otherwise charged at £7. We are happy to gift wrap wines using our bespoke wine bags, priced at £2.50, and we also offer to write personal messages on our postcards which can accompany gifts.

Please do get in touch if you have any enquiries or would like some advice. We're happy to tailor flexible wine lists for any occasion. Customers sampling wines in our shop are welcome to bring their own nibbles, all we ask is that you take your packaging and left-overs with you.

Why not book ahead and enjoy a bottle in our delightful and secluded Courtyard 'Wine Garden'. Simply choose any of our wines and pay a £3 corkage charge to enjoy outside. CHRISTMAS 2023 OPENING HOURS & DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Our last date for guaranteed mainland delivery before Christmas is Tuesday 19th December. Island deliveries will still be made up to 23rd December. We will be open until 5:30pm on 23rd December then closed until Friday and Saturday 29th & 30th December when we'll be open from 10:30 - 5:30pm. We are then closed until Friday 5th January 2024.
