Orders to mainland UK:

Due to being situated on the Isle of Wight, our deliveries are subject to ferries operating normally, our courier sometimes experience interruptions to their service but we aim to keep customers up to date with their consignments. These are normally booked the day following an order and delivered up to our courier so should leave the Island that day and be delivered on the following day. All orders are tracked and you will recieve notifications regarding your consignment. Our couriers usually deliver within 24 hrs of receiving a consignment, however, occasionally there may be a slight delay - usually no more than an extra day and we aim to notify you if this is the case. If there is any chance of you not being at home to receive the delivery - please leave instructions in the comments box and we will pass on to our courier. If there are no delivery instructions we will give permission for our courier to leave the consignment at the door or somewhere they consider safe and we take no responsibility for it thereafter. Please be sure to select the correct delivery option, choosing the wrong one may delay or prevent us from delivering your order. 

Orders for the Isle of Wight:

We offer free delivery on all 'local' orders (Cowes, Gurnard & Northwood), for wider-Island deliveries, orders over £50 are free, otherwise our standard delivery charge of £7 applies - please be sure to select the correct option at the checkout. We will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to deliver. Same day local deliveries are possible if orders are placed before 1pm.

We do not offer overseas delivery

Christmas & New Year 2024

Our last date for guaranteed mainland delivery before Christmas is Wednesday 18th December. Wider Island deliveries will still be made up to Monday 23rd December and local orders received before midday, can still be delivered on Tuesday 24th December. We will be open until 4:30pm on 24th December then closed until Friday & Saturday 27th & 28th December when we'll be open from 10:30 - 5:30pm. We are then closed until Friday 3rd January 2025.
