Delivery

If your order is a gift and you would like to send a message written on one of our postcards, please leave details in the comments box and we will include this for you.

Orders to mainland UK:

Due to being situated on the Isle of Wight, we need to book consignments a day in advance of them being collected by our couriers - we aim to do this on the day you place your order or our next working day. We are closed on Mondays so if you place an order over the weekend or on a Monday, we will request a collection for Tuessday and delivery should be on Wednesday or Thursday. Our couriers usually deliver within 24 hrs of collection from us, however, occasionally there may be a slight delay - usually no more than an extra day and we aim to notify you if this is the case. If there is any chance of you not being at home to receive the delivery - please leave instructions in the comments box and we will pass on to our courier. If there are no delivery instructions we will give permission for our courier to leave the consignment at the door and we take no responsibility for it thereafter. Please be sure to select the correct delivery option, choosing the wrong one may delay or prevent us from delivering your order. 

Orders for the Isle of Wight:

We offer free delivery on all 'local' orders (Cowes, Gurnard & Northwood), for wider-Island deliveries, orders over £50 are free, otherwise our standard delivery charge of £7 applies - please be sure to select the correct option at the checkout. We will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to deliver. Same day local deliveries are possible if orders are placed before 1pm.

We do not offer overseas delivery

Christmas & New Year 2024

Our last date for guaranteed mainland delivery before Christmas is Wednesday 18th December. Wider Island deliveries will still be made up to Monday 23rd December and local orders received before midday, can still be delivered on Tuesday 24th December. We will be open until 4:30pm on 24th December then closed until Friday & Saturday 27th & 28th December when we'll be open from 10:30 - 5:30pm. We are then closed until Friday 3rd January 2025.
