A rich, full bodied Shiraz with aromas of blackberry and plum overlaid with toast, vanilla and spice. Smooth and intense on the palate, the tannins are ripe and dense giving great structure and length. Serve with slow cooked roasts, rich sauces or strong, full-flavoured cheeses.
