Champagne Guy Mea have owned vines for over a centuary in the South West of the Montagne de Reims in the villages of Louvois and Bouzy (Grand Cru) and Valeurs-Mutry (Premier Cru). The 7 hectare estate is looked after by granddaughter Sophie, winemaker, and her husband Franck Moussie. The plots are mainly limestone and clay limestone soils with Campainian chalk, chemical fertilizers, herbicides and peticides are not used and they are HVE certified.

Having spent 10 months in enamelled vats and almost 3 years on the lees in bottle, this is a beautiffuly rounded and creamy Champagne made up of 70% Pinot Noir which  allows the red fruits come to the fore and 30% Chardonnay which lends the wine its crisp, refreshing and soft biscuity appeal.
