Made from a blend of 50% Pionot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, the Champagne is pale salmon pink in colour with a fruity bouquet of red berries and summer fruits. The palate is dry with notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries and red cherries; typical characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape.
