Hailing from only a 2 hactare vineyard, 1 hactare in Bouzy (Grand Cru) and 1 hactare in Loches sur Ource in the Aube. The tiny production allows Lucien and his god-daughter Auriane to create fabulous Champagnes. This Extra Brut is made up of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. A fuller bodied wine, with depth of character, surrounded by tiny bubbles allowing the wine to open up with ease. Great food wine for sure but also one to savour on its own.
