Beautiful texture of honeysuckle, lychees and citrus notes waft out of the glass. Soft and balanced on the palate followed with flavours of ripe pears and apples with a dash of bitter lemon. Great on its own but if you would like it with food try with oily fish, soft cheeses and green salads.
