Made from 100% organic Verdejo, with minimal intervention and produced with the greatest respect for nature. The wine is a clear bright straw yellow colour with fresh white peach on the nose. The palate is a beautiful balance between ripe fruit and minerality with subtle hints of star anise on the finish.

Made especially to help the preservation of bumble bees with a percentage from each bottle sold going towards supporting bumble bee charities.
