A very unique wine here. Firstly it's one of the only vineyards to use Chestnut barrels to age their Muscadet, and secondly it how it reminds me of a very good Chablis. Clean, refreshing, crisp and with plenty of character. We are leaning towards pairing with roast chicken or belly of pork. It is a great food wine.
