The sloping hills of Gavi, roughly 300 metres above sea level, provide the Cortese grape the perfect conditions to produce concentrated, rich wines. This Gavi  has expressive aromas of floral notes, ripe pear & citrus fruit. The wine is aged on its lees to give soft texture and complexity. The palate has a graceful balance of stone fruit, ripe orange and citrus notes, and a long crisp finish.
