A classic Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc, Belleruche is a 5-way blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc grown on stony soils that warm up quickly in spring and help the grapes to reach perfect maturity. The grapes for this wine are harvested at night to preserve aromas which include apricot and fennel.
