South Africa's signature grape, Pinotage, is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut, and just happens to be the perfect wine when you're looking for a robust red to rouse you from potential hibernation! Spring is so near, yet we're still yearning to wrap up with a warm red! Fortunately, in amongst our wines available to sample, is a charming Pinotage from Scali called 'Sirkel' -
Its bright red fruits have a hint of sweet, warm earth - it is both youthful yet satisfying and has a lovely length. Perfect comfort on a cold winter's day.
