Translated as 'Seven Fountains', the volcanic terroir of '7 Fuentes' gives this young wine great minerality, depth and purity. Produced from vines ranging between 10-100 years old, this is such a great find! Made with 90% Listran and 10% Tintilla, both very rare grapes and only grown on the island of Tenerife.
Openly spicy, loaded with incense and hints of tobacco, 7 Fuentes is fermented in stainless Why not treat your palate to something decidedly different.
