Our fascination with the world of Whisky has taken us on a wonderful journey of discovery recently. From reading various works by renowned Whisky authority, Charles Maclean to discovering on YouTube a fantastic BBC series we somehow managed to miss at the back end of last year - Scotch: The Story of Whisky, atmospherically presented by David Hayman who jokingly decries 'It's a dirty job but someone has to do it'.
