We're loving this new release from Maison Williams Chase which is very fine indeed; part aged in new Burgundian oak barrels, it has flavour in abundance and has been produced with characteristic flair. The Domaine is nestled in the heart of the South of France, spanning over 20 hectares of vines from the prestigious appellations of the Coteaux Varois en Provence and the Côtes de Provence.

Out in the vineyard it’s a very different story; in the depths of winter, it’s the wine makers job to prune and stunt growth, thus reducing yields yet improving the quality and intensity of the grapes.
